JOB REPORT – THE EMAIL TO MY BUSINESS DOMAIN IS SAYING IT IS FULLย – Job description is that the email account connected to one of my domains is saying it is full, now the thing with this issue is that there are two accounts and one is operating fine and this is the one that is mostly used, this same problem occurred a few months ago which was rectified with the emails hosting provider. Now the same issue has reoccurred so we need need to find out the cause of the issue.
Engineer notes
- Account in question is now locked whilst we review this situation
- Any of your personal devices connected with the account in question may lock you out and display some error messages, this is fine we are looking into it….
- Account accessed
- Emails downloaded, took 6 hours
- Transfer of emails to you via a different method is now ready
- Once this is done we can offer you a much better email solution to prevent this from reoccurring
- Awaiting your response
- We have decided to not upgrade and import the emails into a machine locally
- The machine has older software so the the import and export method has to be done using an older way which will add some more days to this job
