4 years ago Advance installed and configured a new iMac, iPad and iPhone for me. Since then they have been my first port of call whenever something goes wrong, and usually fix things remotely, as I am now no longer London based. Last month, a strange glitch on my iPad meant I could not Write nor Publish using WordPress. I was away from home and contracted to provide copy for four weeks to a national newspaper; no one locally was able to offer advice or restore the functions. Although they were not able to fix the problem remotely, they offered to take an email feed from me and publish the articles themselves. A reputation saver! They will try to fix the problem once I have taken the iPad to their workshops.
